Inaugural Juneteenth Freedom Festival 2021
Snug Harbor Cultural Center & Botanical Garden will hold the Inaugural Juneteenth Freedom Festival. This will be a historic event where over 50 Staten Island based organizations including SIAC will come together to celebrate Juneteenth.

About the event
Join Staten Island Alumnae Chapter (SIAC) for the FREE Inaugural Juneteenth Freedom Festival taking place at the Snug Harbor Cultural Center & Botanical Garden on Saturday, June 19 from 11AM-4PM. This event is rain or shine.
SIAC in partnership with over 50 Staten Island based organizations are coming togehter to celebrate this important day from June 19, 1865 (also known as Freedom Day), when the news of liberation came to Texas more than two years after the Emancipation Proclamation.
The festival will include the following:

- Juneteenth Freedom Festival: Arts
- Juneteenth Freedom Festival: Health and Environment
- Juneteenth Freedom Festival: Economy and Entrepreneurship
- Juneteenth Freedom Festival: Children and Family
