Greetings!

On behalf of the dynamic, dedicated, and driven women of the Staten Island Alumnae Chapter (SIAC) of Delta Sigma Theta Sorority, Inc., I welcome you to our official chapter website and virtual home! We are delighted that you have taken a few moments to connect with us and learn more about “The Little Chapter with the Big Heart”.

The Staten Island Alumnae Chapter was chartered on January 20, 1996, by 23 ambitious women, whose shared vision and enthusiasm desired to enhance and aid in the development of our community. SIAC continues to create strategic partnerships with other non-profit organizations in Staten Island as we strengthen the community through action and commitment.

We are a sisterhood of college-educated women committed to public service and dedicated to delivering programs and events that empower and serve the needs of our community and focus through our Sorority’s Five Point Programmatic Thrust:

• Educational Development

• International Awareness and Involvement

• Physical and Mental Health

• Political Awareness and Involvement

If you are a member of our illustrious Sorority that is new to the area and looking for a chapter home, Staten Island Alumnae welcomes you!
